Managing risk and protecting programme

Ground conditions, contamination, gas risk and historical mining use can all introduce uncertainty into residential schemes, causing excessive abnormal costs, expensive foundation design and delays to programme. Our role is to remove that uncertainty.

Our geotechnical and environmental engineers support land acquisition through Phase 1 desk studies, design and manage ground investigations, and provide clear advice on project budgets, foundation solutions and remediation strategies. This enables clients to make informed decisions early, refine land values and avoid costly delays or redesign during construction.

Our multidisciplinary team delivers a full suite of geotechnical and environmental services including site investigations, risk assessments, remediation strategies and validation works to support planning and discharge of conditions.
