Angharad is an Engineering Manager at IGE Consulting and a Chartered Environmentalist with over 10 years’ experience in geo-environmental engineering. She specialises in ground gas and mine gas risk assessment, coal mining risk assessment and supporting the safe and sustainable development of complex brownfield sites.

Angharad has a strong background in preliminary desk studies, intrusive site investigations and contaminated land risk assessments, alongside experience in preliminary geotechnical design. She has delivered foundation zoning plans across a range of sites, helping identify practical and cost-effective solutions while working closely with ground improvement contractors to reduce abnormal costs.

At IGE, she plays a key role in managing projects and ensuring technical work is delivered to a high standard, supporting both clients and internal teams through the development process.

Angharad is driven by improving brownfield land and enabling the delivery of sustainable developments, taking pride in work that helps bring forward sites for much-needed housing.
