Geo-Environmental Engineer
Amy is a Geo-Environmental Engineer at IGE Consulting, working across a range of development projects to support the safe and effective use of land. Since joining the consultancy in 2023, she has been involved in delivering ground investigations and producing geo-environmental reports for both residential and commercial schemes.
Her experience includes the preparation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 assessments, alongside supervising and organising intrusive site investigations. Amy is confident in managing site data and translating findings into clear, practical reports that support planning and development decisions.
Amy has worked on projects ranging from small residential sites through to larger commercial developments, developing a detailed understanding of ground conditions and associated risks. She is particularly interested in brownfield regeneration and the role geo-environmental engineering plays in bringing forward sustainable development.
A Fellow of the Geological Society, Amy is committed to developing her technical knowledge and contributing to high-quality project delivery. She is motivated by the opportunity to help transform previously developed land into viable, sustainable spaces for future use.
