Liam is an Associate Director at IGE Consulting and a Chartered Geologist with over 13 years’ experience in ground investigation, contaminated land assessment and geotechnical engineering. He plays a lead role in project delivery, providing technical oversight, quality assurance and leadership across a wide range of development projects.

Liam has extensive experience working on major infrastructure schemes, COMAH sites and projects for national housebuilders and construction companies. His expertise spans geotechnical design, foundation assessments and engineering geology, ensuring that ground risks are clearly understood and effectively managed from the outset.

At IGE, Liam is responsible for project management, report authorisation and maintaining high technical standards across the team. He works closely with clients and project partners to deliver clear, reliable advice that support efficient design and construction, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety requirements.

A committed mentor, Liam plays an active role in developing team members, sharing knowledge and supporting the next generation of environmental engineers and geoscientists.
